Paper , Order, or Assignment Requirements
You are to provide a brief property report on a retail property of your choice in either Newcastle city centre or a town of your own choice, using data that is available electronically and on-line. The report should highlight key local and economic factors that affect the property and its location. You will also need to consider other retail properties currently on the market.
The data sources you use should include EGi/Property Link, (Estates Gazette), Government National Statistics, Local Planning Authority and EDINA Digimap. You MUST explicitly identify and label the sources from which the data you present is taken. The report should be compiled and presented as a MS Word document or equivalent and you should incorporate images, maps and plans into the report which will be embedded into the report and not included in a separate appendix.
