Research the literature to find the sensitivity and specificity of a diagnostic test that we use as an NP in Primary Care. Here are some examples of test that you may want to investigate: stool for occult blood, influenza swab, strep B swab, H-Pylori, Urine Dip, mammogram, bone density, PSA, PAP, HPV, HIV, and there are many more.
Write the name of the test that you chose to review, and list the sensitivity and specificity results of the tests, then provide the reference source. Try to use the most recent studies.
