Paper, Order, or Assignment Requirements
The visual system is very complex, as you can tell from this week’s reading! It would be great if you could discuss an element of the visual system that you find interesting and explain why (e.g., rods and cones, the retina, etc).
- We have a few sensory systems to discuss in this chapter! Please describe a phenomenon associated with the auditory (hearing), somatosensory (touch), or gustatory (taste) system. Why is the system you choose to discuss unique?
- As you will read, there are multiple brain regions that control sensorimotor function. What makes these regions important for how we move and balance our body?
