Please address the following questions in this journal entry:
1. In each of the clips from the documentary, there are various acts that are forgiven or not forgiven. Each act has been forgiven by some while seen as unforgivable by others. Choose a couple of the acts and discuss whether you feel you could forgive in these instances. What determines for you if an act is unforgivable or are all acts forgivable? Discuss.
2.Share your thoughts on the reconciliation commission and the Guchacha court process discussed in the clip referencing the Rwandan genocide. What was your reaction to the men who became friends after being on opposite sides of the killings.
3. Forgiveness often is paired with religious tradition as discussed in the prologue. Does your religious tradition or lack there of inform your views on forgiveness? How and why?
